The Florida and Michigan delegations have conferred and agreed to cast their votes for Hillary Clinton at the convention. Additionally, through private communications currently being concealed, a sufficient number of super-delegates have agreed to change their votes. These combined efforts will put Hillary Clinton just over the mark need for nomination.
